Skypher is a fast-growing Y Combinator backed start-up based in San Francisco and Paris. We make cybersecurity compliance easy for tech companies. We apply the latest progress in Machine Learning and NLP to data security compliance.

By joining Skypher you will be part of the Y Combinator network (best accelerator in the world located in Silicon Valley). As Skypher is based in France and the US you will also have the chance to interact with the most innovative tech companies in the Bay area and Silicon Valley (our customers). Job offer is in Paris but we are open to remote work.


As the right-hand of the CEO, you will be at the heart of Skypher’s activity and have a great opportunity to work on various strategic topics and have a 360-degree view on how a fast-growing startup works. No cybersecurity experience is required but you will surely become an expert after working 6 months with us. No sales experience is required but you will gain strong skills in B2B Sales in the tech industry.

You will work closely with the CEO on different projects such as :

Sales & Marketing

  • Participate in the improvement of the acquisition strategy
  • Help set up growth operations (inbound & outbound) to generate leads
  • Prospect on all channels (Linkedin, call, email) and qualify opportunities


  • Contribute to the daily operations related to customer and investor requests
  • Participate in building a robust sales process with the right tooling
  • Be proactive and take initiatives to make Skypher grow


  • Participate in the management of activities and reporting to investors
  • Participate in the screening of candidates and recruitment
  • Support the different teams (Sales, Data, Marketing, Product, Tech)
  • Contribute to strategic thinking and decision making within the company

This list is not exhaustive as it is an agile role where you will be asked to take up responsibilities based on the company’s priorities.

What we look for:

  • You have a higher education degree, from a top-tier business or engineering school.
  • You are analytical and rigorous, very focused on details, and you are fond of productivity tools.
  • You have an excellent level of English, as everything we do at Skypher is in English.
  • You have a first successful experience of at least 6 months in a responsible position.
  • One or more experiences in a B2B SaaS environment would be appreciated but not mandatory
